Answer #1

Answer: At present there are many diseases which have become one of the major concern globally. The global health issue that is emerging is obesity. Obesity is the major health issues that has become issue of the concern.

People themselves are not that much concerned with their personal health. The major problem occurs when individual person themselves not concentrate on their health. Demographic area also effects the people health. As for example people living in the area where they are unable to access the proper food or nutrients so they ultimately gain weight. The cultural beliefs and the values influences the problem of health Issues.

Most people are unaware of the proper diet and nutrition and hence they lack the proper nutrients. This lead to increase in the weight and hence they become more prone to the cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Hypertension etc.

Most of the people having diabetes are unable to manage their blood sugar level or avail proper medication due to scarcity of the technology and they live in such a remote village area that it is difficult for themselves. People themselves increase the risk of cardiovascular disorder by not maintaining their weight as well as lack of knowledge and information leads them not to concentrate on the vital problems.

Sometimes the cultural beliefs and using the alternative medicines for treating the symptoms or the disease causes the disease more worse and hence result into serious health issues of diabetes or cardiovascular disease.

The care plan that need to be follow by the people to eliminate the health issues:

Educating people as imparting knowledge about adopting healthy lifestyle. Education creates awareness among people. Indulgence of physical activities and removal of junk foods from diet will also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes as well as Hypertension. Communicating with the people to know about the barriers and the problems that they are facing regarding adoption of the healthylifestyle. Providing technology system as well as establishment of the clinic for the villagers can result into improved health.
