ANSWER-Human organ and open market-

Becayse of the principle that commercial profit can not be obtained as a result of the possession of a dead body, it is never seriously argued that a socially policy should be framed which allows for the selling of cadaver or neomort organs for medical purposes, for example, transplantation or experimentation. Generally it is maintained that organs ideally should be given by the decreased premortem or given by the family of the decreased, barring any prior objection by the decreased. A not uncommon but as it yet somewhat less popular approach to the procurement of medically needed organs in the alternative policy of th harvesting or salvaging organs. Rather than the socially accepted medical routine of not taking organ unless explicitly allowed, the harvesting or salvaging approach would allow, as a matter of general practice, the taking of organ unless explicitly denied such assess by the decreased prior to demise or by the family, barring any previous counter by the decreased.
