To ensure health care IT project or EHR transition need the right consultant. It is a multifaceted process, this process should focus on practice readiness, planning, selecting right certified EHR, training to staff and implementing EHR through meaningful use.
Benchmarking technique is an important part of improvement, it measures, compare and identifies the opportunity for improvement, it increases productivity and cash flow. Example: Productivity standards implemented through AHIMA standards, it launches a benchmarking process for coding professionals for the best EHR practice, they take productivity challenges by considering standards. coder knowledge and accurate recording important for benchmarking. productivity standards have a visual overview of data implementation as benchmarking tracking states. The team might use these metrics to improve their work and help track visually. It provides a way of gaining an idea about clarity and visibility over their performance.
