You have been assigned as the Director of Manufacturing.

Answer #1

Short term solution - As a direct of manufacturing i would like to analyze the situation and problems which caused for the injuries of the animals and children and try to reimburse them the medical fees from the company side so that the negativity raised can be mitigated to an extent. And also i will think about the situation that is currently happening to the company on the sinking of the reputation of the company and try to avoid it or mitigate(reduce) it in the short term plan.

Long term - And in the long run i would like to implement the solutions gathered by analyzing the problems such as implementing the guards for all the tillers for reducing the injuries for animals and children and also. I would like to meet all the persons who have suffered with such a loss and understand the issues and make them attain some knowledge for the use of the garden tiller. And also i will make sure that the defects should be mitigated in the process of production of such tillers and thoroughly check them before making it to the distribution channel.

If you like my explanation, please leave a like it really helps me a lot, if you have any other doubt please let me know i will clarify the same.
