The agreement which has to be written between neice and that particular couple is not legally valid as attorney we cannot write a agreement between the girl and couple

Reason for this is

1. Girl is 16 years old she didn't completed her 18 year for entering into a contract .

And the nature if control act is also not valid

Carrying of other people baby leads to huge disturbance to the health of the girl. On this basis the law has prohibited this type of agreements.

We cannot prepare a contract for them
