Best Position for left-sided heart failure is Semi-Fowlers position Because it reduces venous return and decreases cardiac overload(LV overload).

Heart failure patients usually suffer from pulmonary edema, which causes breathing difficulty, in this state Semi-Fowlers position gives them comfort.
