4) As observed in the titration curve, there are two observed pH jumps, that means that we are in the presence of a diprotric amino acid.

5) As a solution of an amino acid is titrated, it increases its pH, which means, increasing the concentration of H + ions in solution, this produces a competition phenomenon, where there are more H + ions available, than places to neutralize, making more and more difficult to neutralize, creating a resistance.
