1) jetBlue Airways is an American low cost airline head quartered at long island city which is near to the New York. Now its is the 6th largest airline in USA in terms of passenger carried. Now they operates 1000 flights daily and serve 102 domestic and international destinations and carry about 40 million people a year. The destinations include U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America. JetBlue in a list of largest corporations in America by total revenue (Fortune 500) ranked 399.

After the 2007 February incident jetBlue board of directors replaced founder and CEO David Neeleman with Dave Barger. Barger take on the official matters while Neeleman were apologizing publicly. Barger became the new CEO and Neeleman became non executive Chairman. In July 2007 the second quarter-revenue of jetBlue had increased to $730M compared to $612M in 2006. Barger stated that " airline will take deliver of three fewer planes in 2007 but will continue to a 2 to 4 new destination every year". This was to strengthen the balance sheet and facilitate earnings growth. In July 2007 itself they partnered with 20th FOX to become official airline partner in addition a contest was held in which the winner will get a jetBlue trip. This is how they overcome the 2007 February incident.

They grown up. now they are the sixth largest airlines in America with 40million passengers a year. They are faithful to customers. Humanity is their key.

They had both good and bad effects after the 2007 February incident. almost 1700 flights cancelled. But after that they started slowly and established very quickly to become the sixth largest airline in America. Their revenue and customers increased. They widened their destinations domestic and international as well. They could increase the number of flights they own.  

2) JetBlue now is one of the most trusted airline in America which I can recommend to any one who desires an economy class, with low cost and high customer value. They grown to the sixth largest airline in America. They take 40 million people to fly each year, so they are highly recommendable airline.
