Answer

The technological losers are those workers who lost their jobs due to technological replacement. Other than these workers, those companies who cannot update or bring the innovative tech, and are not capable of upgtafiup to the advanced tech due to financial instability or any other reasons are the losers.

I think that the winners of technology are those firms or entrepreneurs who are capable of bringing new methods and adapting to the latest technologies for strengthening their business and securing their future market share as well. These winners have enough financial resources, talented employee and tech savvy experts, as well as great management who coordinates to cherish new methods and innovation for improvement.

Technological losers are those I mentioned earlier, workers who are replaced by machine, those who are not capable to learn new methods, and the firms who lacks financial stability and are not able adapting new technology and has less talented staff.

For example, when the computerized systems were brought in and are implemented in many of the firm, so many employees who are aged and cannot learn to operate computers lost their jobs. And those who learned to operate secured tgeir livelihoods. Similarly, those firms which adapted new technology remained competitive than those who didn't adapted it.

Though technological change and innovation continues, there must be a balance between human capital and mavhima use, if there is no preference for human work is given unemployment prevail which impact the evineco and growth and to manage the technology there is the need of human being. Therefore, there should be technological winners not losers.
