As we evolve within an organization and the organization's culture continue to evolve , there is influence of organizational culture on the employees and they get a chance of learning from other colleagues as well as the different roles and responsibilities involved with their work. It does not lead to loss of cultural identity and is an enriching experience like education with gaining knowledge about skills and developing ideas.
The value of diversity is not negatively impacted by longer employment with same organisation as every organisation needs to change with time and evolve teir strategy. The employees get diverse experiences through reorganization and restructuring in the teams, adding of new businesses or role expansion. It depends on the type of business and organization , the amount of diversity existing and individual goals also to assess the impact on the value of diversity. The employees do not affect the value of diversity by longer employment as they continue for mutual goals of their growth and organization.
