## Actually it is difficult to be specific , since you haven't indicated the model your using or even the statistic your estimating.

In traditional confidence interval rule we usually use the point estimate as the central point and build our confidence interval around that estimate thus the estimate is always within the interval . In Bootstrap methods , we use a completely different

technique where  we calculate the statistic hundreds and thousand of times for different (bootstrap) samples of the data . Then we empirically choose upper and lower bounds that contain 95% (or other choose) of the estimates there is no requirement that the full data set's estimate lie within this confidence interval . Nor is there any requirement to select one set of bounds that contains the 95 % of the samples over difficult set of bound that contain 95% of the samples

that is why we get different bounds from  95% rule and bootstrap have different bounds we got.
