X = 27, s = 5.757, n = 8, 95% Confidence interval
df = n-1 = 7, t = 2.365

95% Confidence interval for the mean = X +/- t*s/sqrt(n)
= 27 +/- 2.365*5.757/sqrt(8)
= (22.1863 , 31.8137)

p = x/n = 63/190 = 0.33,
q = 1-p = 1-0.33 = 0.67
