Answer- The following questions can be asked/ included in the survey:

Question 1- How often do you order food from Meals on Wheels?

Question 2- Do you find yourself compulsively ordering food?

Question 3- Are there any food items that you have been asked to avoid yet you seem to eat more of those?

Question 4- Are you a vegetarian?

Question 5- Are you a vegan?

Question 6- What's your favourite comfort food pizza/fries/burgers/chips/pasta?

Question 7- If you are a non-vegetarian, what type of meat do you prefer beef/pork/chicken/fish/duck/other?
