mass of uniform bar , m1 = 0.17 kg

length of bar , l = 52 cm

mass attached to the left end , m2 = 0.08 kg

mass attached to the right end , m3 = 0.145 kg

let the fulcrum is placed at x distance from the left end

equating the torque about the fulcrum

m1 * g * ( x - l/2) + m2 * g * x = m3 * g * ( l - x)

0.17 * (x - 52/2) + 0.08 * x = 0.145 * (52 - x)

solving for x

x = 30.3 cm

the distance of fulcrum from the left end is 30.3 cm
