Answer #1

Shareholders who owns 10% or more stocks in the company and having more than 10% of voting rights, over the affairs of an company is called main stockholder and also known as Principal stockholder

But who owns majority of shares collectively and who has collectively ultimate control over the affairs of an company is not the main stockholders.

In case of company, company which holds more than 21% of stocks and having control over the affairs of an company,but cannot be termed as main stockholder.

Retail stockholders also cannot be termed as main stockholders

Main stock holder of Amazon Incorporation is;

* Jeff Bezos holding more than 11% stocks of the company Amzon Inc and he is the CEO of Amazon Inc(Parent Company) as well.

But before his divorce from her wife, his holding was around 16% of stocks in Amazon Inc.

* Andrew R Jassy is a CEO of amzon web services, who also holds 10% in Amazon Inc. But recently he has traded his few holdings.
