In table 1 the data given is cumulative frequency distribution, so first we convert it into normal distribution and the solve it.

So the new table is :-

Answer no 2. ) The data on table 1 is unsymmetrically distributed as most of frequency is towards left, hence the graph is left. As most of the students exercise below 2 hrs as compared to others. We can see this from graph that most of data is leftly distributed.
