Humans can become immune to measles in two ways. If they hav already got earlier they are immune and will not get again. Second thing is if they had 2 doses of vaccine they are protected. By doinh some blood tests we can recognize whether the person exposed previously to measles or not.The blood test shows the antibodies present in the body can fight off the virus. This type of test is called laboratory evidence of immunity. They had measles in the past and have medical records to prove it.
