Answer #1

Answer: Uber has both B2B and B2C model for distribution. The company offers cab services directly to the retail customers that can be booked from the mobile app or the website and hence has a B2C format of distribution. But apart from this the company also offers cab solutions for businesses that have special offerings for travel based on the needs of the corporate like between office transportation and late night rides for the workers from home to office and from office to home. Thus it has a distribution network which is a mix of B2C and B2B models.
