As wind is flowing toward east so to counter that plane must have west component whose magnitude is same as that of wind speed hence west component is 150km/h

Resultant of both wind and plane speed must be in south direction hence 750km/h must be plane's south component

Hence angle = atan(150/750) = atan0.2 = 11.4° west of south which is close to 12° hence c is correct
