an airplane pilot wishes to fly due south. A wind of 25 km/h is blowing toward the west. If the flying speed of the plane is 300.0 km/h (its speed in still air), in what direction should the pilot head?

answer is 85 degrees South of East using inverse cosine, but I'm not sure how it was done. I'm having a hard time making a diagram/visualizing so please include diagrams and your reasoning behind the answer.
