For getting T- critical value we must need to know the value of $\large \alpha$ and degrees of freedom.

We have to find for 95% significance level for n = 16.

We know that the T-curve always talks about the sum of both tails of the curve.

So,

For one tail:

a = 5% or 0.05

= 0.025

Now, degrees of freedom is 1 less than the sample size:
