3. Write a two to three page paper describing the differences between leadership and management in reference to the information in your text. In your paper also include your response to the following: a. How does following these guidelines help you in your role as a leader? Be sure to include examples of how you use vision, values and ethics to enhance your leadership. b. How could you improve in your role as a leader/manager?

1) As a leader, i will show the following qualities,

1) An effective communication:

I will communicate with my subordinates for achieving the common organizational goals. It is also a great quality of a good leader to influence others by his impressive communication style.

2) Initiation:

I will take any responsibility by an initiation so that I can set example for my followers.  

3) Transformational leadership:

I will make a proper change in the system so that good governance can be achieved at the workplace. I will make a continuous effort to show right path to my subordinates.

4) Emotional stability:

I will show a great balance for the emotional signs like happiness, laugh, weeping, fears etc. so that our people could learn something.

5) Setting up vision and mission:

I will formulate future plan of action to where my organization will lie in the next few years. I will also set mission statement, which will be the reason of our existence. Our motto will be to support human being into their personal health care challenges.

Example: Every territory of the organization will be given some target in terms of care quality as well as retention of patient to our services from years to years.

6) Ethical standard will be maintained:

i will formulate a moral based principle so that each stakeholder can survive with a sound growth and contribution for the organization. We shall take it from various cultural spheres.

Example:

I will guide my subordinates when they will be diverting from ethical standard. I will implement trust, truth and honesty among them.

2) I will improve my roles as leader by comparing my styles with other great leaders of the time within the health care industry. I will set examples for my subordinates so that they can follow me. I will motivate my people to achieve best for them. I will provide them a sound workplace to contribute maximum.

I will take suggestions from my subordinates while making any crucial decision regarding organizational growth and development. I will provide opportunity growth and self reliant to every employees this will influence more people to join our organization.
