Management is most important part of any organisation it is a specific set of activities that are directly related to managing people as well as other specific parts of the organisation.
The correlation between management and employees is providing job responsibilities as well as overlooking their overall performance at the respective environment of operation for the organisation that creates productivity as well as improve the work culture and ethics.

Planning is one of the most essential parts of an organisation. Without a proper planning management cannot work and planning process allows an organisation to run smoothly. A manager is responsible to execute and maintain all the plans as well as making them. Being analytical
Analytical skills can be defined as a quality to visualise conceptualize and solve the complex or uncomplicated problems with the help of decision making by the given information.
If a manager is working in hospitality and tourism industry then they should have ability to extract the correct conclusion by having the information from the customers which could be very beneficial for the organisation they are working for.
Communication skills
A manager working in tourism and hospitality industry should have excellent communication skills where this type of approach would provide competitive advantage as it helps the manager to build better relation with their customers increasing the chances of getting better service as well as to understand their needs. Proper communication which is the chances of winning in the negotiation process where manager would have a positive hand in Operation benefiting the organisation as well building their own image in the specific industry.
Ability to interact
This is one the most prominent skills that a manager should have working in tourism industry. If any manager is not able to interact with diversified cultures then there are very limited options in a tourism industry for a manager with having such a specific skill set. Manager should have any Ability to understand cultural and ethical perspectives of different cultures or groups. This understanding would enable them to correctly provide services to a customer increasing the customer experience and providing positive impact on the brand image as well as image of the manager.
Maintaining human relationships
Maintaining on the market as well as of the market relationship with the customers and other employees would also be one of the most major traits that a manager should have. Having good hand in maintaining human relationships would increase the market reach as well as it would also positively affect the business as making a good name in the specific industry creates a huge impact on the overall value of the brand.
Adaptability

Moulding yourself against the changing Trends as well as having a good knowledge of upcoming future Trends and having inability to forecast or having commitment b A grade approach for a manager. As a tourism industry is highly volatile and Trends are changing day by day, adaptability would provide extensive support to the overall operational structure of a manager and also increase the chances of staying in the industry for a longer time in more effective way.
By having above skills, a manager working in hospitality and tourism industry can definitely grow and can have a very positive impact on their working organisation and providing adequate support to the customers as well as maintaining better brand image by providing better service.
