To create a signature in blockchain, the private key of the user is required and this key is generated at the time of registering into the bitcoin blockchain system. At the time of creating the key, we can check is there any similar key in the blockchain system. We can add some random values in the starting or at the end of the key for each user. Then the signature cannot be the same for different keys. And for the different values, the hash value will also be different. This can keep the signatures (hash codes) unique.

There should not be any facility for any user to change their public key or private key once the keys are set. If they can change, the problem of identical signatures may arise.

The miners who are going to approve the transactions should have high computational devices to find the nonce faster and add the transaction to the blockchain otherwise the transaction will get slow.
