Answer #1

Research and Evaluation of Health Science Administration becomes effective when health science researchers go beyond disease outcomes and examine each and every aspect of health science administration. Effective research and evaluation of health science administration contributes in building better policies, efficient management, and development of better clinical care. It is made possible by determining ways to generalize findings from efficacy studies. One of the manners to generalize findings from efficacy studies is to review randomized control trials testing of new treatments. Other designs like factorial randomizing and blinding have also proven to be an effective in many studies. However, it is determined by some researchers that findings from randomized factorial trials are often inadequate. Vector control efficacy trials that often prove helpful utilize different study designs including observational studies, cross-sectional studies and randomized control trials. It is observed by researchers that in case of cohort studies, there is a threat of selection bias if follow-ups are not pre-planned and weak. Another reason behind enhancing effectiveness of research and evaluation of health science administration is comparative effectiveness research. It helps in determining best treatments and empowering doctors and patients. Several sampling techniques are used in order to select the appropriate population. Combination of probability and non-probability sampling contribute in enhancing effectiveness of research and evaluation of health science administration.

Effectiveness of Studies Used in Epidemiology A premise of epidemiology is that health outcomes are not random occurrences within a population, but are linked to particular risk factors and diseases. Epidemiologists utilize a range of study design methods to evaluate evidence-based associations to understand and improve health outcomes.
