Answer- Biological aging means that aging which occurs due to improper nutrition, bad health , bad food habits and diet. Biological aging occurs when there is damage to various cells and tissues in the body.

For example - A person who smokes a lot who is aged as 26 years will look more than 26 years of age.

A person who drinks a lot of alcohol will become physically weak and will look more than his current age .
