Subject: Request for Hiring need of member for the medical records department

Good Morning Sir,

                                 I bring your attention towards the need of an additional medical record member for the medical department which would help in the keeping the records of each employee of all the department of organization.

As per the OSHA regulation and policies towards the employee, our organization have the responsibility for the safety of each employee in the organization and so their records. The records of medical would helps in identification of need of emergency. The records would make the system transparent. The health people have health mind. Hence by keeping records would helps in avoiding any issues related to the medical.

This position fit into the organization as the people health records are maintained to safeguard the health of the human resources as they are assets of the organization. This helps in analysis of types of facilities which can be organization provide to the unhealthy employee or to them who have the serious medical issues due to the work. This would help in analysis of availability of the worker in the company.

The evaluation would be based on the skill test related to the medical field, followed by interview, work experience of the candidate and the certifications/License done against the medical records keeping in any organization.

Hence, I proposed the job description which is as follows:

1.Position Title: Medical Record Analyst

2. Supervisory Duties: The duties are safeguard the records, check the authenticity of records and keep the track of the records.

3.Title of Immediate Supervisor: Medical Record Dept. Manager

4.Job Description: The job needs the analysis, maintenance, entering the new records, Alter the record, modify the data, apply the OSHA rules and follow the practices and predict the result of analysis based on the records.

5.Job-Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Work as Authentic person.

2. Work as recordkeeper.

3. Communicator

4. Analyzer

5. Medical Assistant

6. Legal Medical Advisor

7. Work as Guard to the system

6.Qualifications: Graduation with medical profession with the Certificate of Experience.

7.Credentials/Licenses/Degrees: License should be issued by any government owned institute or agency.

This would definitely beneficiary for the growth of the company as the employee are the most important factor in development of organization.
