Answer #1

The number of chairs to be inspected per day = 120

The number of working hours in a day = 8

The number of working minutes in a day = 8 * 60

= 480 minutes

The number of minutes available for performing each inspection = The number of working minutes in a day / The number of chairs to be inspected per day

= 480 / 120

= 4.00 minutes
