The following discussion is in regard to the job of an IT Recruiter. This is a job which is very familiar to all employees in an organization as it is the first live for a Recruitment Industry job.

Project Management System:

The different levels in this system will be Low level, Middle Level, and High-Level Employees in an organization and above all the CEO of the company will be there.

1) The low level consists of IT Recruiters along with MIS Executives.

2) The middle level consists of Leads of IT Recruiters.

3) And the High-level job consists of HR Executives and the HR.

The goals of this entire system are as follows. The IT Recruiter has to find the suitable candidates for the Requirements that the leads will get from the Clients. And the IT Recruiter has to make a good follow up of the candidate.

The leads have to maintain a very good contact with the TAG team as well as the employees of Clients. And the HR has to take the full responsibility to run all the works feasibly.

If all recruiters of a TAG team performs well then the Lead and HR will get benefits of hike in salary. This appraisal can be done on the annual day of the company or any other good occasion.
