1. Patient centric operations: Its is essential for the health care system to provide a patient centric treatment. This in future will change as a shared decision making process between doctors and patient families to provide superior care and customization.
2. Collaborate and coordinate approach: The workers in the future have to collaborate with other teams and provide an efficient treatment so that the right treatment is provided at the right time
3. Technology driven approach : The hospitals nowadays approach on adopting new technology will increase service efficiency and reduction of work force dependency. Technology like robotics , Heath care analytics will enhance the treatment value by automatic customization.
4.Risk based operation: In future by increase in ERM (Enterprise risk management in health care ) will help the leaders in the industry to safegaurd the patient risk as well as other risk such as financial, business risk. etc.
5. Unequal cost : The current system has a huge gap of having the sickest and healthiest people. This kind of in quality is caused due to difference in Income, Gender, Education etc. and from the hospital side, the system does not show the other administrative costs.
