The process of ensuring that the organization has the right kinds of people in the right places at the right time is the major function of ”Human Resource Planning”. Human resource planning is also termed as manpower planning Which is responsible for building an effective team development system and needs to create a system which allows them to be able to analyze and manage the elements carefully and in order to do so, it is very important for the HR department to have the right kind of people in the right place at the right time.

Hence the correct option is (4) ”Human Resource Planning”.
