Eurobonds are generally available in dollars. They are issued by an international borrower. They are issued in a country with a different currency than that of the issuing country whereas Foreign Bonds are issued in the currency of host country by a foreign borrower. For example, If a Chinese investor is issued dollar-denominated bonds, they are Eurobonds, On the other hand, a French company issuing bonds in dollars in a US company is an example of Foreign Bonds. Foreign Bonds are known by a variety of names.
