Ways of communication caries from culture to culture, so it very vital to be aware of all the basic differences in a way where people can communicate in order to increase their collaboration, success as well as their relations. To work effectively and efficiently in the workplace in a group so communication is done in a best way possible. Right way of communication should be selected to communicate. Different people from different cultures belonging to different backgrounds comprise of different form of values, beliefs and traditions. Normally an individual don’t take generational values, attitude and behavior of their respective cultures. They don’t even try to share the same customs as well as beliefs belonging to the same group. Culture always plays a vital role at the place of work by controlling their relations at the workplace.
