If it's a single correct question option C is the answer.

But if it's a multi correct question option a, b and c all are correct.

The resistances only offers resistance to the flow of current but doesn't change the value of current either side of resistors. Values of resistance can alter the overall current value.

Let's understand this by an analogy. Let's take a tap through which water is flowing. The tap can only decrease the speed of water flow but the amount of water going inside the tap is equal to the water coming out the tap. Here tap is like resistors. And flow is of electrons.
