Etisalat is the main telecom company in United Arab Emirates and is one of the important telecom companies in Middle East and Africa. The following are the competitive advantages:

  1. Though there are many competitors for etisalat, this was the first company to introduce a mobile phone service in 1982.              
  2. It has highly qualified, talented, skilled and experienced employees which help in improving the performance of the company.
  3. It makes use of latest technology in the world like blackberry to satisfy their customers and make sure that they reach out to the latest inventions.
  4. It has a competing marketing strategy to retain the top position in the market.
  5. Has a well built distribution strategy to expand its business and reach countries by reorganizing global techniques.
  6. Has a creative management staff to effectively manage the company and take the company to ore profitable age.
