i. Dragendorf's reagent used for detection of alkaloids in the test sample

ii. According to question, sample contains saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. If sample is positive reaction. It shown orange or orange red precipitate is formed.

b. ninhydrin solution:

answer: ninhydrin solution is used for find amino acids in test sample. Hence it is not consider to positive reaction because it is used only proteins or amino acids

c. iodine vapor:

answer: iodine vapor is used for staining TLC for fatty acids.   These fatty acids react with iodine vapor, it will appear as darkbrown spot on a light brown background. Usually unsaturated fatty acid give positive reactions because they contains double bonds.
