Corporate safety plans, site specific safety plans, and emergency response plans are very long and detailed. Employees are usually trained in the application of these plans but what happens to workers and the company if an employee with duties in these plans does not remember something they are responsible to do in the plans when an accident or emergency happens? Please write a comprehensive answer including 1) possible reasons what went wrong, 2) what can be the consequences and 3) how it should be avoided in future

Ans) A employee working in corporate safety plan can make mistake and it may lead to an accident.All employees are human and occasionally make mistake and they are only as proficient as their training as experience allows. However, the company can reduce the possibility of employee making error by effective selection process , training, supervision and resources so as to meet an appropriate balance between safety and efficiency goals .

Consequences of such incident cause loss of income for both worker and company , chronic pain , extensive medical expense , decrease in quality of life. after meeting serious accident at site.

These types of situation can be avoided by :

1) By providing proper training to employees to make them efficient

2) Toolbox talk and crew meetings should be held frequently

3) By maintaining proper equipment and resources at site  

4) By keeping the workplace clean

5) Mock drill activities should be included to make an employee familiar to handle such situations
