Strengths 1) Strong communication and persuasion skills: It will offer me a no. of good job positions as most of private sector organizations seek this within candidates seeking jobs. 2) Specialized in organizational behavior 3) Practical learning 4) Commond over computer related skills

Weaknesses : 1) Lack of experience : Some of the employers look for this . As , i have not any great exposure then how this will be work for me i am feeling tense. 2) Pressure to face work related interview 3) Emotional attributes 4) Minor mistakes while answering any job related questions in writing or verbal reporting

Opportunities 1) Huge demand of freshers : Many companies are preferred to hire fresh graduates so that they can be trained and further aspire to lead the organization. 2) Work even in abroad 3) Do organizational research 4) Consulting business after getting experience.

Threats : 1) Many people are graduating with similar skills. There are plenty of students graduating in my specialization and everyone is seeking some opportunity hence it is also a challenge for me to get an opportunity. 2) Employers might prefer experienced one. 3) Low CTC may be offered. 4) Interview panel may ask some specific questions which i will not be able to answer then what will be happen to my selection.
