Components of semen:
Semen is composed of spermatozoa and fluids.
These fluids contains fructose, prostaglandin, semenogelin, fibronegen, proteolytic enzyme and mucoproteins.
1. Fructose is useful for sperm nutrition. The sweet taste of semen is also due to presence of fructose.
2. Prostaglandin is for cervical mucus which helps the sperms to be more receptive.
3. Semenogelin is a part of seminal vesicle fluid which is useful to hold semen in cervix.
4. Phosphates and proteolytic enzyme is produced by prostrate gland which helps in coagulation and liquefaction of semen.
5. Mucoprotein is produced by bulbourethral gland.
Male reproductive organs produced above components:
1. Spermatozoa is produced by testes and mature in epidydimus.
2. Fluids are produced by seminal vesicle.
3. Proteolytic enzymes are produced by prostrate gland.
4. Mucoproteins by bulbourethral gland.

Muscle contraction is start by a signal which is called as action potential and is travelled through a motor neuron. This process is called as muscle contraction.
Process of muscle contraction :
1. Acetycholin binds to the receptor.
2. It opens the channel which is made up protein chains.
3. As the channel opens, the influx of sodium ions starts in to the cytoplasm.
4. This influx triggers the calcium ion channel to release calcium ions.
5. Now, these calcium ions diffuses and causes changes in different proteins activity to induce muscle contraction.
The reverse process relaxes the muscle.
If we want to maximum force to the muscles it cause pressure on heart which may lead to damage our heart and other body organs with muscle pain and damage of muscles.
