Relative poverty refers to the financial status/condition of individual where reaching bare minimum living standard is not achieved. It exists in developed countries.

Absolute poverty is the state of individual where level of earning is that low to manage basic needs of life. With basics are not available, living life is difficult.

Subjective poverty refers to the perception belief of a person who believe it to scarcity of basic needs and financial resources. A person is not poor if he can achieve basic needs and gain status in life.
