The change from NAFTA to USMCA affects two industries majorly:

Dairy industry

Automobile industry

Under the USMCA (which is an upgrade from NAFTA), the agreement plans to remove Canadian restrictions on its dairy industry and opens Canadian doors to US dairy producers.

Also, the USMCA encourages more domestic production of cars and automobiles

Another thing is, the US has increased duty free limit for Canadians who buy US goods online from $20 to $150 in order to encourage sale of US goods to Canada.

These changes from NAFTA to USMCA affects businesses in Florida, US positively. These businesses will experience an increase in market exposure in Canada along with increased production of domestic cars and automobiles. As a result, Florida producers are benefitted as their production and consumption (as well as imports) will increase post adoption of USMCA.
