We know that the relationship is given by

S=Vw*100/e*Vs

where s is the saturation index, Vw is the volume of water ,e is the void ratio and Vs is the volume of soil solid.

given S=17% ,e=.65 and Vs will be 0.023 mmm

so Vw will be 90.65 cubic feet.
