1. On the View menu, click Print Layout.

2. Click the Insert tab, and then click the arrow next to Chart.

3. There are a list of charts available and its up to you that which one you want to make

• Column Charts:
• Bar Charts
• Pie Charts
• Line Charts
• Scatter Charts
• Radar
• Surface
• Stock

4- To change the number of rows and columns included in the chart, rest the pointer on the lower-right corner of the selected

data, and then drag to select additional data

5- Then select the type of chart you want to make

6- Just select the area you want of which you want to make the chart.

7- Press Ok then the chart will be made

8- You can change the asix of the charts

9- You can format the graph as you want from the format menu.

10- You can also change the design of the chart from the design menu.
