Pathophysiology is the knowledge of thea disease process that is you know what happens when the patient's body is ill.

If you want to become a nurse it is important that you know everything about the disease that patient is going through.

As a nurse you should be aware of the sign if patient is improving it getting worse. What the patient's ear and eyes are saying about the situation of the patient. Because you are the one who spends most of the time with patient and their family. And you need to tell them about the symptoms of patient. Of you don't have the knowledge of everything you can't be a good nurse. And all these things are covered in pathophysiology. So if you opt for the pathophysiology you can be a very good nurse and get highly paid job in top hospitals.
