3-Enzymes catalyse the reaction in both direction by decreasing the activation energy of the substrate. And leads to formation of product in both direction.

1- Enzyme that requires cofactor can not function without them. Because cofactor is the essential part of an enzyme which makes the enzyme functional in nature.

2 statement is wrong.

because enzyme speed up the rate of reaction by decreasing the gibbs free energy of activation. It will not decrease only gibbs free energy.
