19. The seed are produced by fertilization of ovule by male gametes.

20. After the gastrula stage, the 3 germ layers are formed in the embryo. The cells towards the outer side of the epiblast gives rise to ectoderm, the cells towards the inner side gives rise to endoderm. The epiblast cells keeps moving between these two layers and gives rise to mesoderm.

21-23.  The three germ layers are ectoderm, mesoderm and endoderm.

24. The first organ system to develop during embryonic development is blood and circulatory syatem. This is required as the circulation of fluids helps in transport of nutrients and waste which ensures the survival of embryonic cells.

25. Embryonic cells undergo mitosis during development. Meosis occurs in the germinal cells to produce gametes only, after the sexual maturity is achieved.
