1- Take a career you’re (considering) pursuing. On the scale from obedience loyalty to free agency, where do you imagine most employees in that line of work are located? Why?

In future, i want to pursue the Career as Medical Nurse .The career involves most employees who fall in Balanced loyalty because The interest of medical nurse and organization is independent . Both organization means hospital and Nurse feel that they should either benefit each other or sacrifice something for each other.

for example- if i see that patient is on life support system and doctor are authorized by patient's family to take decision life pf patient by stopping life support system then i should respect that even i would consider this action unethical.

Hospital show their loyalty by providing better working conditions to nurses, good and fair compensation, training to nurses while Nurses shows loyalty by working extra if hospital under over patient admission , showing high performance by giving patients good care etc.
