Answer- Frictional unemployment.

Reason- Frictional unemployment occurs when workers are shifting from one job to another. There is usually mismatch between the workers and employers in terms of wages, skills, location etc.

Government tries to minimize unnecessary frictional unemployment by providing information to the workers regarding labor market.
