As we all know that upselling is the purpose of encouraging customer to buy more high end products where as cross selling is the process of making customers by related items

The optimization means making these two equal in the level

There are many tools that is provided to encourage sales

The online digital marketing is one of the major stuffs so far accross the world.

It improves the sales and customer relationship

There are some tactical tools (algorithms ) that will make use of the intrest of the user and display things which are more likely to be bought by the user

This optimises the cross selling

The tool analyses the customer and gives the opitimised and likely result

Then the next concern is on upselling

There are certain sources that will encourage the upselling

This can be done by applying promotions to the products

Tools that makes the products more attracted to buy

These all facts optimises the upselling
