2) Brainstorm innovative products/services that you could create to address the "bug."

Pain Point: What is the pain point ("bug") they experience

Solution: Describe your service/product that addresess the pain

Example:

Market: Coffee drinking consumers

Pain Point: Customers were frustrated with burning their hands on scolding hot paper coffee cups

Solution: Coffee cup sleeve created with corrugated cardbord that slides over the coffee cup to prevent burned hands.

1- 5 things that bother us are waiting for ticket in metro train, order processing in restaurant, irrelevant assignments given by the teacher, more focus on academic in colleges and entry into basketball game field.

2- I think for knowing the talent and capability of a person such higher emphasis on academic life should not be put by major university rather they can develop the core skills of the students and make them ready to face life.In restaurant we have to wait to process our order in that place the restaurant operator should put some online medium where one can place order and put the time when we will reach the restaurant by doing so waiting time can be minimized
